Soo I've decided to trick my body and make it think it has eaten 3 meals...I'm eating 3 tiny things a day..and thats it. Its around 6:15 and I have had a tiny bagel, some popcorn and half an apple. Man...yesterday around this time...I had liiike 20 things. ew. Im proud of myself though, while I was eating that apple...I imagined me all nasty and fat...so I threw it out. Yay. I'm excited to see results. I wanna be 115 or lowerand I am 140 right now. ew. Hopefully with this new diet..itll come off quickly and stay off.
